01

Who can use Spyll

  • You need to be 18+ to use Spyll.
  • Some features need sign-in or verification before they open.
  • You are responsible for what you post and for keeping your login secure.
  • If the information you provide is false or misleading, access to features can be limited or removed.
02

Use it respectfully

  • No harassment, doxxing, threats, impersonation, spam, or hate.
  • No sexual exploitation, child endangerment, or illegal content.
  • No scraping, abusive automation, or attempts to break safety or product limits.
  • Do not misuse anonymous or social features to target, expose, or manipulate other people.
03

Public and anonymous spaces

Public posts can be shared outside the app, so do not put private details into public content.

Anonymous posting is meant to hide your public identity from other users, not to cover abuse. If something harmful happens, we review it and can limit or remove accounts.

If you reveal your identity in the content itself, Spyll cannot reverse that disclosure for you after other people have seen or shared it.

04

Moderation and access

We may remove content, restrict features, pause access, or ban accounts when it is necessary for safety, product integrity, or rule enforcement.

Moderation decisions can apply across posts, confessions, chats, support flows, and any other part of the product where the same behavior appears.

05

Features, billing, and updates

Features, limits, and premium flows may change as Spyll changes. If payments are handled by an app store or payment provider, that provider can also apply its own rules.

If we update these terms and you keep using the product, the updated version applies.
